Punchercise classes opening in Laindon

There will be new punchercise classes happening Laindon which will take place at The Laindon Community Centre, Aston Road, Laindon.

These classes will take place every Thursday from 25th July from 6 to 6:45pm, the classes will high intense with no physical contact.
