Celebrity charity football match taking place at Bowers & Pitsea

On Saturday, May 25, a celebrity football match will be held at Bowers and Pitsea Football Club, in Basildon.

The game will kick off at 3pm and is in aid of Little Havens, based in Thundersley.

A number of popular celebrities will be taking part in the event including reality star Jake Quickenden, Boyzone’s Shane Lynch, UB40’s Matt Hoy, and Loose Women panellist Linda Robson.The event is to raise money for Little Havens, a charity supporting children and young people with incurable conditions, and is sponsored by Fatty’s Bar, which is a football-mad pub owned by Jo and Steve Lowe, in Hadleigh.

Tickets at the gate will cost £13 for an adult, and £7 for under 12s. All proceeds will be going to Little Havens.
